What to expect?

We arrive at each appointment prepared to capture imagery that best defines the space. Each appointment is scheduled based on optimum lighting conditions and availability. When occupied, we introduce ourselves to establish rapport to help put homeowners at ease quickly. We understand homes are a personal space and respect every aspect of them. A quick assessment of the property determines what gear is needed to optimize your shoot. Furniture, decorations, and utility items may be moved during shooting. We take special care to limit this and make every attempt to leave the property just as we found it. Final photos and and an invoice are delivered within two business days via Dropbox.
